Architecture and Design academics focusses on primarily Application-based Research and Innovation through in-depth study for contribution via knowledge, investigation, scrutiny, exploration, experimentation, solution, proposal, design, creation, innovation, invention to the architecture and design profession, construction industry and society in general. It aims to train students to methodically research an issue to find creative solutions with respect to changing technologies, socio-economic and cultural and contextual changes.
For developing a research environment for under-graduate and post-graduate Students and Teachers, College has established industry connect with experts and resources from Architecture /Construction /Project Management /Research Firms, Organizations and Institutions for Design, Research & Development, Experimentation, Projects, Data Collection, Technical Knowledge, Soft Skills, Presentation, Software Application, Site-Visit, Practical Training, Industry Interactions & Exposure.
Students and Teachers are encouraged to attend and participate in Training programs, Seminars/Webinars, Conferences, Symposia, Competitions, Workshops to update and upgrade themselves. College organizes National Conference on Empirical Theories (NCET) to encourage presentation and publication of the research work and encourage research environment.
