Placements-Practical /Professional /Industrial Training is included as a part of syllabus for both B.Arch. and M.Arch. program. B.Arch. has a one semester /100 days Practical Training via internship, whereas M.Arch. has 8 weeks /40 days Practical Learning via observership to be completed mandatorily during Final Year of the program.

Being a professional & creative course, Allana College of Architecture (ACOA) prepares students with graduates having entrepreneurship and employability skills at under-graduate as well as post-graduate level. Students are offered orientation sessions on Master Studies in core /allied fields and Career guidance in India and Abroad, based on their interests, before completing their final projects and stepping into the profession and industry. ACOA Alumni step in to discuss further based on their experience and guide the graduating batch.

ACOA has a "Career Guidance and Placement Cell" comprising Faculty members to counsel and mentor students. Students usually prefer finding opportunities themselves. For those who need assistance, ACOA recommends them about present job opportunities by forwarding them the notices /posters /job ads that college receives frequently and encourages them to apply.

Placement activity is conducted as per students' requirement every year. Aspiring students have been successfully placed at various firms in and outside Pune viz. Prashant Deshmukh & Associates, Space Designers, Christopher Charles Benninger Architects CCBA Designs Pvt. Ltd., Sangath -VastuShilpa Consultants, Architect Hafeez Contractor, Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) India, Planedge Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and many more.
