Course Details
Eligibility for Admission to First Year of B.Arch.
- Passed 12th with 45% aggregate Marks (Science- Physics and Mathematics compulsory)
- OR Passed 10+3 Diploma with 45% aggregate Marks (Mathematics compulsory)
- AND NATA/JEE 2 score
Lateral Entry Eligibility (Direct Admission)
The Candidate should have passed in all subjects with all credits earned for the year after which he/she is applying for direct admission:
- Cleared First year B.Arch. for admission to Second Year B.Arch.
- Cleared Second year B.Arch. for admission to Third Year B.Arch.
- Cleared Third year B.Arch. for admission to Fourth Year B.Arch.
Candidates must have a valid CoA Enrollment number, all clear marksheets, Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate and all other necessary documents.
Admission Procedure
- i. Online application with all valid documents and fee payment
- ii. Inter-se-Merit based on qualification examination scores and NATA
- iii. Appearing for NATA does not guarantee admission unless all eligibility criteria are met
Documents to be Submitted
- SSC (Std X) Mark-sheet
- HSC (Std XII) Mark-sheet / Diploma Mark-sheet with Mathematics
- Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate (for OMS), if applicable
- Nationality Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Birth certificate
- Valid NATA score card
- Caste Certificate, Validity Certificate, Non-creamy layer certificate, if applicable
