Requirements, fees, eligibility and scholarship information

B.Arch. Eligibility

Eligibility for Admission to First Year of B.Arch.

  • Passed 12th with 45% aggregate Marks (Science- Physics and Mathematics compulsory)
  • OR Passed 10+3 Diploma with 45% aggregate Marks (Mathematics compulsory)
  • AND NATA/JEE 2 score

Lateral Entry Eligibility (Direct Admission)

The Candidate should have passed in all subjects with all credits earned for the year after which he/she is applying for direct admission:

  • Cleared First year B.Arch. for admission to Second Year B.Arch.
  • Cleared Second year B.Arch. for admission to Third Year B.Arch.
  • Cleared Third year B.Arch. for admission to Fourth Year B.Arch.

Candidates must have a valid CoA Enrollment number, all clear marksheets, Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate and all other necessary documents.

M.Arch. Eligibility

Eligibility for Admission to First Year of M.Arch.

  • Passed Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from AICTE or Council of Architecture or Central/State Government approved institute or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability)
  • Obtained score in M.ARCH-CET of Government OR GATE-Architecture OR Dr.PAIU-CET OR PERA CET conducted by Preeminent Education and Research Association (PERA), Maharashtra State OR equivalent

B.I.D. Eligibility

Eligibility for Admission to First Year of B.I.D.

  • Passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme in Arts, Commerce or Science stream
  • OR Passed (10+2) or (10+3) Full time Diploma Examination from recognized institute or its equivalent examination
  • Candidate should have appeared for PERA-CET of Interior Design with a non-zero score
  • Candidates who have appeared for NATA conducted by Council of Architecture or JEE conducted by NTA will also be considered eligible

CET for Admission to Interior Design Degree

Non-zero score required. The test is of 100 Marks comprising 50 MCQs as a Random Test on following subjects:

  • 20% English & Language
  • 20% Intelligence & Logic
  • 20% Basic Science & Environment
  • 20% Aesthetics & Visualization
  • 20% General Knowledge in Interior Design
